Rapid Pest Pros is a free referral service. We connect callers with independent, third-party pest control providers. We do not perform inspections, treatments or any pest control work, and we do not employ, supervise or control the providers.

2. Providers

Each provider is solely responsible for its services, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, warranties and guarantees. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider. We recommend confirming a provider's license, insurance and pricing before work begins.

3. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the availability of a provider in your area, arrival times, specific results or prices. Statements on this website describe the types of services generally available and are not promises by us.

4. Cost

Our referral service is free to callers. Providers may charge for their services; any fees are set by and paid to the provider. We may receive compensation from providers or marketing partners for referrals.

5. Call Recording & Communications

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. By calling, you consent to this and to being connected with a provider who may contact you about your request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by making fraudulent, abusive or automated calls, interfering with the website, or attempting unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design and logos on this website belong to Rapid Pest Pros or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
